In your very own home, we bring the professional care you need! Kay’s Homecare Services, Inc. will provide you with specialized care as outlined in your own care plan. This care plan will be developed after a health needs evaluation which our care coordinator or nurse will conduct prior to the start of service.
If needed, we will coordinate with your physician over the course of home care administration. Services will likely include one or a combination of the following programs:
- Skilled Nursing
- IV Therapy
- Medication Management
- Personal Support
- Companion Sitter
- Private Duty
- Homemaker
